Power of Muay Thai
In the world of Muay Thai they use practically the whole body to take a person down.
Some people call them, “the shins of steel”. Why, because they are to break banana plants and bamboo plants with there shines. This method is extremely hard and I would not suggest doing this unless you’re prone to a max amount of pain.
Muay Thai is a very combative sport the uses eight body parts to take out his/ or her opponents.
Some of the techniques used in Muay Thai are:
- Different use of punches
- Different use of elbows
- Different use of kneeing
- Different use of Kicking
- Different use of Foot-Thrust
Many times you will; see these men knock an opponent out or put serious damages to an individual. there has been reports of a Muay Thai fighter who did a swift blow to the head with his foot or shine and fractured his opponent’s skull.
Muay Thai competitors do a ritual that is from the religion of Buddhism to get rid of evil spirits that will keep them from losing a fight.
